Materials
Natural stone cladding, timber panels, and textured concrete were used to establish a strong connection to the landscape. Large windows and neutral interior finishes enhance light, warmth, and long-term durability.
Approach
The design emphasizes human-scale architecture, thoughtful spacing, and efficient circulation. Each unit was planned to maximize natural light, outdoor views, and functional living areas while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity.
Before
The site previously consisted of fragmented structures with no cohesive layout and limited relationship to the surrounding environment.
After
Stonehaven now offers a unified residential environment with improved spatial, enhanced daylight, and a balanced relationship between built form & nature.
